Frequently Asked Questions

Below are some FAQs we've started to pull together in order to help you understand Critboard better. If don't see what you're looking for, shoot us an email and we'll do our best to help.

Q: What image formats can I upload?

A: Currently you can only upload JPEGs, GIFs, PNGs, and TIFFs. We're in development to expand allowable image formats.

Q: Can I have more than one image for a single crit session?

A: There are no restrictions on the number of images you can have in a single session. Guests also have the ability to upload images during a session. Want to upload multiple images at once? Just shift-click and select the images after the dialog box appears.

Q: Can I have more than one session running at the same time?

A: Yup. You can have multiple sessions independent of each other. A list of all your live sessions can be viewed in your account's control panel.

Q: Do I need a PayPal account?

A: No. You don't need a PayPal account, but sometimes the link can be hard to find. Look to the left of your screen and keep buying those credits.

Q: Can I change the order of my images after I’ve uploaded them?

A: Can do. You don’t have to plan out the order when you upload images to your session. You can reorder your ‘slides’ using the session’s edit screen.

Q: Can other people in my company use my account?

A: Yes. You can add users to your account so that others in your company or organization will be able to create crit sessions. You’ll retain a super-admin status and only you will be allowed to add or remove users.
